2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Our offer

  • We do our best to describe and present each product as clearly as possible.
  • Obvious errors or typographical mistakes are not binding.
  • All offers are valid while stocks last.

4. Orders

  • Your order becomes final once you receive an order confirmation by email.
  • We reserve the right to refuse an order in case of a clear error (for example, an incorrect price).
  • All orders are carefully checked and processed.

5. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in eurosand include VAT.
  • Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout, where applicable.
  • You can pay using the payment methods we offer (such as iDEAL, PayPal, or credit card).
  • Orders are shipped only after full payment has been received.

6. Delivery

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM are handed over to the carrier the same day.
  • We ship via reliable carriers such as PostNL, DHL, and DPD.
  • If there is an issue with delivery, please contact us so we can resolve it together.

7. Returns and right of withdrawal

  • You may return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
  • During this period, the product must be kept in good condition and remain unworn. Trying on is allowed.
  • To return an item, register your return via the returns page.
  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless we made a mistake.
  • Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 3 days.

8. Exceptions

You cannot return products that:

  • have been worn or washed;
  • cannot be returned for hygiene reasons;
  • have been specially customized or personalized for you.

9. Warranty

Our products are expected to meet proper quality standards. If something goes wrong:

  • Report the issue within 14 days of discovering it via the returns page.
  • We will work with you to find a suitable solution (replacement or refund).

10. Complaints

We hope you are satisfied! If you have a complaint:

  • Send an email with a clear description to info@gxox.nl or use our contact form.
  • You will receive a response within 2 days.
  • We zoeken samen naar een oplossing.

11. Liability

We are not liable for damage caused by improper use of our products.
Our liability is limited to the value of your order.

12. Governing law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
