Refund & Return Policy

At GXOX, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Not completely happy with your order? No problem — you can easily return your order, but the following conditions apply:

Return period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
After registering your return, you have an additional 14 days to actually send the product back.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• Hygiene products such as grip socks must not be worn or washed. Of course, they may be tried on.
• The original packaging and labels must be included.
• The product must have been purchased via our webshop. Products purchased through another (web)shop must be returned to the (web)shop where they were bought.

Please note: Products that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, the purchase amount (including any original shipping costs) will be refunded within 3 business days via the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, a wrong or damaged item).

How do I register a return??

1. Complete the return form via this link: https://gxox.nl/retourformulier/

2. Within 1 business day, you will receive a confirmation with the return address and further instructions.

3. Carefully package the product, write the order number on the parcel, and include the completed return form inside the package.

4. Ship the parcel with a carrier of your choice (preferably with Track & Trace).

Damaged or incorrect items

Have you received a wrong or damaged item? Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via: https://gxox.nl/retourformulier/, we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
