Applicability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Our offer<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We do our best to describe and present each product as clearly as possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Obvious errors or typographical mistakes are not binding.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All offers are valid while stocks last.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Orders<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your order becomes final once you receive an order confirmation by email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We reserve the right to refuse an order in case of a clear error (for example, an incorrect price).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All orders are carefully checked and processed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Prices and payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All prices are <strong>in euros<\/strong>and include VAT.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout, where applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You can pay using the payment methods we offer (such as iDEAL, PayPal, or credit card).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Orders are shipped only after full payment has been received.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Orders placed before 5:00 PM are handed over to the carrier the same day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We ship via reliable carriers such as PostNL, DHL, and DPD.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If there is an issue with delivery, please contact us so we can resolve it together.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Returns and right of withdrawal<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You may return your order <strong>within 14 days<\/strong> of receipt without giving a reason.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>During this period, the product must be kept in good condition and remain unworn. Trying on is allowed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To return an item, register your return via the <a href=\"https:\/\/gxox.nl\/en\/terugbetaalde-retourneringen\/\" title=\"\">returns page<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Return shipping costs are at your own expense unless we made a mistake.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed <strong>within<\/strong> 3 days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Exceptions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You cannot return products that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>have been worn or washed;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>cannot be returned for hygiene reasons;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>have been specially customized or personalized for you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Warranty<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Our products are expected to meet proper quality standards. If something goes wrong:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Report the issue within <strong>14 days<\/strong> of discovering it via the <a href=\"https:\/\/gxox.nl\/en\/terugbetaalde-retourneringen\/\" title=\"\">returns page<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will work with you to find a suitable solution (replacement or refund).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Complaints<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We hope you are satisfied!
