Toepassing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deze voorwaarden gelden voor alle bestellingen die je doet via onze webshop. Door een bestelling te plaatsen, ga je hiermee akkoord.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Ons aanbod<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We doen ons best om elk product zo duidelijk mogelijk te beschrijven en te tonen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kennelijke fouten of typefouten zijn niet bindend.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alle aanbiedingen gelden zolang de voorraad strekt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. De bestelling<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Je bestelling is definitief zodra je een bevestiging per e-mail ontvangt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wij mogen een bestelling weigeren als er een duidelijke fout is (bijv. verkeerde prijs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alle bestellingen worden zorgvuldig gecontroleerd en verwerkt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Prijzen en betaling<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alle prijzen zijn <strong>in euro\u2019s<\/strong>, inclusief btw.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verzendkosten worden apart vermeld bij het afrekenen, indien van tiepassing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je kunt betalen via de betaalmethoden die wij aanbieden (zoals iDEAL, PayPal of creditcard).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We verzenden pas zodra de betaling volledig is ontvangen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Levering<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bestellingen geplaatst voor 18.00 uur, worden dezelfde dag overgedragen aan de vervoerder.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We bezorgen via betrouwbare vervoerders zoals PostNL, DHL en DPD.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gaat er iets mis met de levering? Neem dan contact met ons op, dan lossen we het samen op.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Retouren en herroepingsrecht<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Je mag je bestelling <strong>binnen 14 dagen<\/strong> na ontvangst retourneren zonder reden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tijdens deze periode moet je het product netjes houden en ongedragen laten. Passen mag wel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wil je iets retourneren? Meld deze aan via de <a href=\"https:\/\/gxox.nl\/de\/rucksendungen-mit-ruckerstattung\/\" title=\"\">retouren pagina<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De retourkosten zijn voor eigen rekening, behalve als we een fout hebben gemaakt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Zodra we je retour hebben ontvangen, krijg je binnen <strong>3 dagen<\/strong> je geld terug.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Uitzonderingen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je kunt geen producten retourneren die:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>gedragen of gewassen zijn;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>om hygi\u00ebnische redenen niet kunnen worden teruggenomen;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>speciaal voor jou zijn aangepast of gepersonaliseerd.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Garantie<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Onze producten horen goed te zijn. Gaat er toch iets mis?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Meld het binnen <strong>14 dagen<\/strong> na ontdekking via de <a href=\"https:\/\/gxox.nl\/de\/rucksendungen-mit-ruckerstattung\/\" title=\"\">retouren pagina<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We zoeken samen een passende oplossing (vervanging of terugbetaling).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Klachten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We hopen natuurlijk dat je tevreden bent! Toch een klacht?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stuur een mail met een duidelijke omschrijving naar <a href=\"mailto:info@gxox.nl\">info@gxox.nl<\/a> of via ons <a href=\"https:\/\/gxox.nl\/de\/kontakt\/\" title=\"\">contact formulier<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je ontvangt binnen <strong>2 dagen<\/strong> een reactie van ons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We zoeken samen naar een oplossing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Aansprakelijkheid<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor schade die ontstaat door verkeerd gebruik van onze producten.<br>Onze aansprakelijkheid blijft beperkt tot de waarde van je bestelling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12.
